Jim Rubas - Personal Trainer >>
Jim Rubas is a 56 year old certified personal trainer and avid
long distance runner. He has competed in several
marathons dating back to 1979. He has been able to
combine the benefits of both strength training and
cardio workouts to design functional and effective
fitness plans for his clients. Jim has worked with 30
somethings, who have awaken to realize the benefits of
a fit lifestyle, to clients in their 80's who need to
handle activities of daily living. A lifetime
dedication to fitness along with a full time
commitment to his clients is what Jim brings to the
profession.
