What is Kettlebell Training?
The Kettlebell is a highly effective and effiient fitness tool for rapid gains in functional strength, power, endurance, speed coordinative timing, dynamic flexibility, and mental focus. The key to it's effectiveness is the "U" shaped handle: it creates additional momentum and a fluctuating resistance arm which simulates human movement and activities.
Why Train with Kettlebells?
Unlike machines and traditional weight training, kettlebells teach you how to use momentum to your advantage. The better prepared you are to control and direct momentum, the less risk of injury and greater ease with which you execute any movement.
Train with kettlebells and within weeks you'll not only experience significant improvement in "real world" ability, you'll also have the strong, lean, agile physique to match.
Who Should You Use Kettlebells?
Everyone! Kettlebell training will maximize performance in all movement-oriented activities including: running, golf, dance, martial arts, tennis, snowboarbing/skiing, boxing, yoga and skating.
Who Currently Trains and Advocates Training with Kettlebells? No other exercise routine that I have seen impoves my patient's strength, power, endurance etc, like kettlebells. I encourage all of my athletes and patients to try this system.

Kettlebells are an excellent tool for developing multi-planar strength and the intelligent application thereof. While other implements stress increased force application over time, kettlebells additionally emphasize a parallel and equally important goal: To move beautifully in a resisted environment.
