Years ago their was a myth that weight training would stunt your kids growth, now studies show it can actually aid in the optimal growth of both muscle and bone of kids all ages. In fact, the President's Council on Physical Fitness has recommended that all kids incorporate resistance training into their fitness routine. Peter Marino and Laurie Goldheim-Sperandio are available for your childs in home fitness training for Westchester, New York.
