Personal Training Packages:
Reduced rate packages are as follows:
10 personal training sessions: $1,050.00

Personal Training Monthly Plans:
1. Pay one monthly flat fee of $1250.00 and receive 3 personal training sessions per week.
2. Pay one monthly flat fee of $1600.00 and receive four personal training sessions per week.
3. Pay one monthly flat fee of $2000.00 and receive 5 personal training sessions per week.

Group Rates:

Group rates for in home personal training
2 People.............................................$80.00 per person/hour
3 People.............................................$70.00 per person/hour

*Each personal training session can last from 50 minutes to 70 minutes (yoga sessions can last longer than personal fitness training).
