Don't know much about kettlebell training click here for more information. Peter Marino is shown below performing basic kettlebell exercises. He was taught by Michelle Khai, creator of Kettlenetics.

Here is a sample of the most basic movement in kettlebell training;
the kettlebell swing:

 

Below is a combination exercise that includes a lunge and overhead press for a heart pounding and effective multi-exercise. This exercise demonstrates how kettlebell training is effective and time efficient.

The next exercise, Curl-Press-Extension (CPE) is another combination exercise that works the entire arm quickly and effectively.
