Sport Specific Training

Sports specific training is only available to Westchester, NY and Greenwich CT residents. If you live in this area you can have a Sport Specific Nationally Certified Personal Trainer meet with you at your* gym to guide and motivate you through a sport enhancing workout program.

Most sports, with the exception of golf, require that you workout in a well equipped gym in order to receive optimal conditioning. The facility of choice for Fitness3.com trainers is Velocity Sports Performance in Elmsford, New York.

Our trainers all have specialties in a number of sports and can provide training that will take your sport to the next level.

*Many gyms do not allow independent trainers to train people in their facilities so check with your facility to see if we can train you there.
